Upcoming in 2012:

 

June 3rd is the Competition; June 4th & 5th is the conference. 

  • Sunday June 3rd is a Long day as we have the competition, the Sponsor & Vendor Appreciation Reception from 5:30p-7p and the Competition Awards Ceremony and Dinner from 7p-10p followed by the Hospitality Suite
  • Monday June 6th starts the conference from 8a-5p. Sponsor & Vendor Reception 5p-7p.  Hospitality Suite to follow. 

Tuesday, June 5th the conference will run from 9a-1p. For 2012 we are conservatively expecting the following: 

  1. 175-200 shooters for the competition, plus spectators to include fellow officers, family, and conservation club members that could push attendance at this one day event up to 300-400 people.
  2. Between 300-400 attendees for the conference, plus the potential for additional walk through traffic as we are attempting to market the conference as a “vendor exhibition” to draw attendees from Metro Detroit law enforcement who simply want to see the latest and greatest gear on the market. Details are still being worked out, but our vision is to charge a nominal door fee, of which a majority will be donated to charity, to draw these potential walk in attendees.

Room rates are the same as previous years ($99) and the hotel will extend government rates as well, identification required.

At Center Mass, we too attend the various trade-shows across the country, and our experiences have taught us what you the vendor is looking for when they attend a trade-show or conference.  That being face-time with potential customers and decision makers, so when we plan the NPRC we do so with the following objectives in mind:

  1. Put on excellent training for the attendees in an organized, safe and secure manner.
  2. Enable the attendee to interact with all the latest and greatest gear and services on the market, in an effort to improve individual and organizational readiness.
  3. Accomplish the above in a formal and informal manner.

The 2012 NPRC conference location is the Detroit-Troy Marriott located in Troy, MI.  The layout of this facility is ideal for maximum exposure and interaction between the attendees and your company. The three Refreshment and two Food stations are strategically positioned to assist in channeling the attendees past our Vendor's booths every time they break or need to use the rest room.  We are very excited about the 2012 NPRC and look forward toward you & your company being a part of it.

Cancellations: NO REFUNDS will be issued.  We reserve all rights regarding what vendors we allow to exhibit, vendor location(s), and right to expel vendors for safety violations or for creating a disturbance. All vendors must carry appropriate insurance for any damage or theft that may occur during the event.
