Open to all law enforcement, rifle armed professionals. This includes retiree's and sworn academy trained reserve/axillary officers. The event remains open to military personnel, to include reservists or national guardsmen, corrections officers, DOD or DOE contractors, and NRC certified nuclear security personnel. All competitors must have a valid driver’s license and organization ID card.

• Exception: Professional competition or exhibition shooters who meet the above listed criteria are excluded and prohibited from competing. There are no cash prizes. We have this rule to help ensure fairness and so people working the street have a better chance to win the donated prizes. We hope you understand this reasoning.

All competition participants must be patrol rifle trained or certified by their agencies.

NPRC reserves the right to prohibit anyone from shooting in this event.

There will be no exceptions to these restrictions. Anyone who becomes a safety hazard or is found not to be in compliance with these requirements will be removed from the event immediately.
